We have an AI Ethics Committee to ensure the use of AI within the business aligns with ethical standards, legal requirements and our values. Alongside this, we have an AI Use Case Committee to oversee, evaluate and prioritise the use of AI technologies across the business.
We aim to ensure the integrity of our AI deployment, protect data, and enable innovation that benefits colleagues and clients. This supports efficiency and informed decision making and ensures that good governance, transparency and ethical standards underpin our approach. Central to this is a commitment to understanding and minimising the social and environmental impacts associated with the use of AI across our business.
Colleagues across the business are supported to learn about and use AI tools relevant to their roles through our newly created internal AI Hub which includes resources, relevant updates and training.
