Experience
Following graduation, Peter spent a year working as a legal advisor for the RAC, providing general contractual and motor legal advice, before taking the opportunity to move to Morris Orman Hearle solicitors in Cheltenham.
Initially handling Defendant Small Claims and low value Fast Track files, Peter gained a solid base of litigation understanding before moving onto dealing with the defence of Credit Hire claims.
From there, he moved into the Defendant Fraud team where he spent 7 years handling a large array of varied insurance motor fraud claims on behalf of a large national insurer. This gave him an excellent and wide-ranging, working knowledge of the challenges and types of fraud faced by insurers and allowed him to build an expertise in dealing with the defence of these claims as well as good relationships.
Peter is keen to develop his skills and experience further at DWF, helping clients in their fight against motor fraud.
