Orla advises clients in both the public and private sector across Scotland, England and Wales. Her areas of expertise include contract law and public procurement across a range of sectors including ICT and telecoms, energy, tourism and events and the public sector.
Orla has worked extensively with central government and wider public sector bodies in each jurisdiction and is experienced in the use of Cabinet Office and Crown Commercial Services model contracts. She has significant experience in the negotiation and drafting of commercial contracts generally and in supporting public sector clients with procurements from the outset to contract award.
Orla is part of the DWF's Procurement Centre of Excellence which has been set up to add value for and service the requirements of our Public Sector clients.
