Experience
Michael joined DWF Chambers in October 2026 to commence pupillage. Michael is a member of Lincoln’s Inn having been called in November 2023, after completing the Bar Practice Course at the University of Law (Manchester) in 2023 with a grade of Outstanding.Prior to joining DWF Chambers, Michael accumulated advocacy experience as a self-employed County Court Advocate, appearing in over 200 hearings. This experience covers a wide range of hearings and practice areas including possession proceedings, consumer credit disputes, bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings, interim applications and preliminary hearings.
Michael also has significant experience within Subrogated Recoveries, having spent time as a File Handler and Team Leader in this area. He developed technical expertise in this area and amassed extensive drafting experience having prepared pleadings, witness statements and applications. Michael’s work in this area also covered Credit Hire disputes.
