Experience
Luke is an experienced insurance lawyer who specialises in the defence of workers’ compensation, medical negligence and public liability claims. He also has experience in assisting clients in relation to investigations made by the Office of the Health Ombudsman.
Luke adopts a practical and commercial approach to the management of claims and is flexible and adaptive in providing advice to clients.
He was previously employed as a Judge’s Associate in the District Court of Queensland. Outside of work Luke enjoys reading, surfing and playing Aussie Rules football.
