Lindsey has over 16 years civil litigation experience in England and has represented NHS Defendant Trusts and Insurers in the Healthcare sector, for the last 6 years. Prior to this Lindsey was a Scottish Solicitor/Solicitor Advocate for 8 years acting for Claimants.
Lindsey has represented NHS Trusts and Insurers in defending high value claims, including brain injury, amputation, and cauda equina cases. Lindsey also has extensive experience of multiparty actions, including vaginal mesh claims.
