Experience
Frédéric has been advising public and private entities for 20 years, both in advisory and litigation matters related to public law, particularly in the area of public procurement and contracts. He has also developed strong expertise in environmental law and mining law, both in France and internationally.
Thanks to his previous roles as a member of the French Constituional Suprême Court, deputy rapporteur at the Constitutional Council, Deputy Director General at the Ministry of Culture, and Chief Executive Officer of the Île-de-France Region, Frédéric has a comprehensive understanding of the development and implementation of public law in the broadest sense, as well as in-depth knowledge of the various stakeholders and relevant jurisdictions.
