Business Excellence is at the heart of my team, the firm being committed to such accreditations as ISO 9001:2008 and the European Foundation for Quality Management excellence model.As an International Certificate Member of the Institute of Risk Management, I work closely with the Strategic and Executive Boards of DWF to ensure known risks and emerging risks are controlled, all relevant legal and regulatory demands are complied with and processes and procedures are developed to support all aspects of an excellent client service. Internal audit, centralised new business inception and firm-wide data management all form parts of the Risk Management & Excellence team ensuring a close working relationship with the firm's Compliance and Risk Management Committee. I work closely with the SRA and Law Society, having been a member of numerous focus groups and regulatory panels to assist the work carried out by our Regulator.
In 2013 DWF LLP was a North of England Excellence Award Winner – Special Category - High Growth.
