With over 20 years’ experience in managing and defending claims of all kinds, covering both property damage and civil liability, Carolina has been involved in some of the most complex disputes in this field and regularly advises national and international insurers and companies on insurance matters and coverage disputes.She also specialises in the management of medical device and pharmaceutical claims, sectors in which she has handled a high volume of claims, providing comprehensive advice on regulatory and strategic matters, including media crises and corporate organisational issues.
Carolina also has extensive experience appearing before courts of various jurisdictions, as well as in mediation, negotiation, and ADR mechanisms for conflict resolution.
Prior to joining RCD, Carolina advanced in her professional career at other firms such as Hogan Lovells, Davies Arnold Cooper (now DAC Beachcroft), and BDO Abogados.
