Arzeena Fulwadiwala has extensive experience in the legal sector, specialising in CLM implementation and contracts admin support. She has successfully supported the implementation of CLM software for multiple clients, working with teams to develop integrations with third-party systems like Salesforce and DocuSign. Arzeena has performed system testing and resolved technical issues to ensure successful implementation. Post-implementation, she has managed user training and support, developed training materials and conducted training sessions to help users understand the system's functionalities for maximum utilisation within the organisation.
During her tenure at Integreon, Arzeena facilitated requirements gathering, developed system design specifications and implemented workflow automation. She helped clients with data migration, ensuring data was sanitised in advance and validated accurately post-migration within the new system. Arzeena has worked on multiple platforms such as SirionLabs, Ariba, Conga Apttus, Coupa Exari, Era CLM, Icertis and more.
In her project management role, Arzeena helps her team develop and implement project plans, timelines and budgets. She ensures that quality standards are met and tracked, and deliverables are reviewed and approved by clients. Arzeena excels in helping clients understand project status and concerns with great simplicity. Additionally, she is actively involved in team-building activities, mentoring and training interns and junior team members to foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Arzeena completed her Post Graduation from SNDT University, Mumbai, India in 2019.
