DWF assists CH4T in the acquisition of a new advanced biomethane project

DWF, the global provider of integrated legal and business services, assisted CH4T, an investment platform active in the enhancement and upgrading of existing biogas plants for the production of biomethane, in the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of a company owning a biomethane project with a production capacity of 499 smc/h, located in the municipality of Lanciano, in the Abruzzo region.
DWF acted with a multidisciplinary team coordinated by partner Guglielmo Fabbricatore and counsel Matteo Polli from the Energy department. Alberto Agresti, associate, advised on corporate M&A aspects; Francesca Leo, counsel, and Edoardo Di Cola handled real estate and project contracts; Claudia Laterza, counsel, and Antonio Mancino, associate, advised on regulatory and permitting matters.
