DWF, a global provider of integrated legal and business services, has acted as the exclusive transaction advisor in connection with the sale by a shareholder of Auto Partner S.A. of part of its shares in the company through an accelerated bookbuilding process.

The total value of the transaction amounted to PLN 108 million.

Following the completion of the sale, the selling shareholder will hold approximately 40.53% of the shares in the company's share capital.

The shares were sold only to selected qualified investors and outside the United States of America under Regulation S pursuant to the US Securities Act of 1933, as amended.

The project was led by Prof. ucz. dr hab. Rafał Woźniak, Partner, supported by Mateusz Bąk, Senior Associate and Jakub Kozłowski, Junior Associate from the Corporate and M&A Department, as well as Dr Michał Pawłowski, Managing Partner.
