She also held senior leadership positions at AXA XL and Zurich North America. Kathleen's expertise is in malpractice and professional liability claims and is known for her forward-thinking approach to claims management.
Among her many accolades, Kathleen has received the Distinguished Service Award from the Professional Liability Defense Federation (PLDF), where she also served as President. She is a sought-after speaker and expert contributor for leading industry organisations, including the American Bar Association, International Association of Defense Counsel, and PLDF.
Kathleen’s appointment strengthens the ongoing expansion of DWF’s Claims Management and Adjusting business. It follows the September 2024 acquisition of Proclaim, as well as key leadership appointments including Antonio Herrera Sancho as Head of CMA in Spain, Darren Goldman as Head of CMA in North America, and Luca Schilardi as Head of CMA in Europe.
