Neale Tosh, an associate based in DWF's Glasgow office, has today been admitted by the Law Society of Scotland as a solicitor advocate at a ceremony at the Court of Session in Edinburgh. The appointment will allow him to represent DWF's clients in the Court of Session, Supreme Court of the United Kingdom and the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council.

Neale's practice is focused on banking and finance, insolvency, and general commercial litigation. He also has experience of handling insurance and professional indemnity disputes. His appointment follows years of experience of conducting cases in sheriff courts across Scotland. He will now be able to support DWF's clients who require representation in Scotland's highest courts.

Graham Dagnall, National Head of Litigation at DWF said: "I warmly congratulate Neale on his appointment as a solicitor advocate. He will now become one of a large number of solicitor advocates and barristers across DWF's offices in the UK and internationally who provide our clients with a high-quality and cost-effective advocacy service. His appointment not only reflects his advocacy skills, but also the depth, experience and ambition of our litigation team."
