DWF achieves the Gold Standard in 2024 ENEI TIDE Benchmark

DWF is delighted to be have been awarded the prestigious Gold Standard in the ENEI (Employers Network for Equality & Inclusion) 2024 TIDE benchmark.

The TIDE (Talent Inclusion and Diversity Evaluation) benchmark, conducted by ENEI, evaluates organisations across various sectors on their progress in D&I practices. 

This year, DWF ranked number 1 in the legal sector and achieved the top scores for D&I strategy and planning, and leadership.

DWF was also amongst a small number of organisations to be awarded the prestigious Gold Standard, something that they have achieved consistently since they first took part in the benchmark in 2017. This recognition is a testament to DWF's continuous efforts to foster an inclusive workplace. 

There is however always more to do to continuously improve and maintain an inclusive work culture that attracts, retains and celebrates diverse talent.

DWF's collaboration with the Employers Network for Equality & Inclusion (ENEI) has been instrumental in our journey towards achieving the Gold Standard in the 2024 TIDE benchmark.

The TIDE benchmark helps to highlight areas for improvement and DWF's partnership with ENEI provides guidance on inclusion best practice.
