Caroline co-founded Taste & Tour in 2016 after launching the Belfast Food Tour in 2014, driven by her passion for showcasing local produce and telling the stories of Belfast through its food and drink. After leaving a 15-year legal career, she transformed what began as a weekly tour into a multi award winning business offering food and drink experiences across Belfast and Edinburgh, supported by a team of 30+ guides. In 2022, she co-created The Spirit Circle, the innovative multi sensory cocktail experience where this event will be hosted. Caroline also plays an active role in regional tourism, serving on the boards of Visit Belfast and The Strand Arts Centre, as well as contributing to Belfast Flavours. |
