Before joining DWF, Vidyesh was a project manager and client contact for a variety of medium and high complex document reviews and investigations conducted in India for matters in industries that majorly included:

Vidyesh has worked as a primary client contact and project manager for one of the largest information technology companies with over 3 million documents, where he collaborated with heads of business and legal departments to develop processes, workflows, and use of technology for creating efficiencies.
Vidyesh managed the working relationships between the U.K., U.S. and India-based teams of 40-50 lawyers, and drove all discussions with the client’s lawyers, during which he suggested various AI and eDiscovery tool towards cost-effective solutions. After that project, the same client entrusted Vidyesh to lead internal investigation matter related to employee benefit and compensation.
Vidyesh has also run numerous other document review projects with a team size of 10 – 15 lawyers related to variety of matters. Vidyesh earned his Master in Law with a focus on Corporate and Labour Law from Department of Law, Pune University. He is also a certified BrainSpace Admin, Specialist, Analyst as well as Blackout Analyst.
