Experience
Becky has experience of dealing with claims of the upmost severity, including brain injuries, amputations, complex orthopaedic injuries and spinal injuries.She is often instructed by claims handlers directly and at the early stages of the claim, to provide key input into liability investigations and early intervention under The Rehab Code.
Becky has completed a number of secondments with a major insurer, working closely with their large loss team.
Becky is part of the World Rugby Concussion litigation team.
