He advises retail businesses as well as private and venture capital investors in the sector.
His experience also includes a substantial amount of UK and international M&A and joint venture work for US corporates across a variety of industries, as well as AIM IPOs and secondary financings, acting for issuers, nominated advisers and brokers.
Outside of work, Paddy's family life takes a clear first place, with time in the gym, socialising and watching rugby each vying as runner up. He tries to combine as many of these as possible with his passion for heavy metal music, with varying degrees of success.
