Experience
Louise is dual qualified in Scotland and England, and practiced as a transactional real estate lawyer carrying out a breadth of work including investment, real estate financing, leasing, asset management and project and corporate support work for over 10 years before taking on the role of professional support lawyer. In her role Louise provides high level legal advice to the Scottish real estate team, carrying out research on complex matters, leading on best practice and risk management issues, guiding the team on new areas of law, managing and delivering training and knowledge, and working on product innovation and delivery. She is involved in, and liaises with, key industry bodies and stakeholders.
