Josh has represented clients as lead counsel in all levels of court in Alberta, as well as the Federal Court of Canada. Josh also has extensive experience in complex arbitrations and mediations.Josh has advised clients on diverse matters, including commercial real estate transactions and tenancy disputes, oil and gas contracts, multi-party construction disputes, shareholder disputes and oppression remedy claims, and defamation (including internet defamation). Josh also has a growing e-sports and e-gaming practice.
