Ian advises on mergers and acquisitions and corporate law.
He counsels both public and private stakeholders-particularly in the fields of sustainability, infrastructure, energy, and inclusive finance-on their strategic transactions in France and internationally. His expertise spans complex contractual arrangements, equity investments, joint ventures, and public-private partnerships, with a particular focus on impact finance.
Ian provides legal insight to projects that aim to align economic performance with social and environmental objectives.
Before joining the firm as a partner, Ian practiced at several leading international law firms.
He currently serves on the boards of companies in the energy sector (Dunkerque LNG, Europe’s leading LNG terminal) and sustainable investment (INCO, €530 million in assets under management). In September 2024, he also co-founded SouvTech Invest, the first crowdfunding platform dedicated to the defense sector.
In recognition of his commitment to strategic economic issues, Ian was selected to participate in the 2023/2024 national session on “Economic Defense and Security” at the IHEDN (French Institute for Higher National Defense Studies).
