Gabriel has particular expertise in liability involving trees and is instructed by a number of large insurers, local authorities and land owners.
Gabriel handles claims involving personal injury and property damage as a result of tree failure/collapse and subsidence claims. Before training as a lawyer he was an arborist which gives him an added advantage in cases of this nature.
He advises on a wide range of Fast and Multi Track matters with experience of catastrophic injury, large loss, fraud, local authority liability and have a special interest in causation in claims involving chronic pain conditions.
He is a regular contributor to the Local Authority Brief with articles relating to trees and the law.
He has experience in providing training to clients on legal updates and changes to the claim's environment in addition to the specialised topic of liability in respect of trees.
Outside of the office Gabriel enjoys clay pigeon shooting, fishing, squash and football.
