Experience
Farah has extensive experience in handling complex disputes and has been involved in numerous high-profile cases, representing employers, contractors, and subcontractors in disputes relating to various projects. These projects include a major highway, commercial development, office and residential towers, a waste management plant, and a mixed residential office development. In addition to her extensive expertise in the construction industry, Farah has also acted in commercial and investment arbitrations.
Admitted to practice in Paris and New York, Farah has handled disputes subject to a variety of applicable laws, including those of Qatar, UAE, and Oman.
Farah is trilingual in Arabic, French, and English and has worked in each of these languages.
