Experience
Claudia advises primarily on transport and logistics law as well as transport insurance law. She handles liability and coverage issues in connection with national and international transport by air, land and water, freight and forwarding contracts, multimodal transport chains and related insurance conditions. Another focus is on the analysis and assessment of risks, the handling of claims and litigation representation before state courts. Claudia is also able to support mandates with British or other common law connections.
Claudia contributes to the team's publications on liability issues for logistics service providers, trademark law in logistics and current developments in transport law, and is actively involved in international networks through events and industry conferences.
