He is a licensed lawyer, specialized in administrative law and trained at LUISS Guido Carli University and the University of Helsinki.
He has worked at leading Italian and international law firms providing assistance and advice to companies as well as to leading central purchasing and contracting stations on public contracts, especially tenders.
Since 2024 he has been involved in the energy sector, focusing on projects for the development and acquisition of renewable source plants and storage systems (BESS).
In this context, he engages in due diligence activities with multilevel analysis on permits, urban and environmental compliance, landscape constraints, and in addition to compatibility checks with national and regional regulations.
