Aileen is experienced in a wide range of commercial real estate work, acting for landlords, tenants and investors, including acquisitions & disposals (freehold and leasehold), commercial leasing/ landlord and tenant transactions and providing real estate support for corporate transactions. Aileen has dealt with many different types of properties, however, currently she has a particular focus acting for clients in the retail, leisure & travel sectors, where she regularly represents various well known leading operators. Aileen also has considerable experience in representing investor clients in respect of asset management matters, particularly shopping centres and other multi let properties.
