The RIDI Awards aim to celebrate the 'very best of disability confident recruitment'.
DWF has been a gold partner of RIDI for a number of years and is delighted to be hosting the annual awards ceremony again. DWF are proud to support RIDI and to take part in an event that recognising and encourages greater levels of disability inclusion in recruitment practices.
It is more important than ever to attract diverse candidates into organisations. Having a diverse workforce encourages diversity of thought and innovation which has been shown to lead to greater levels of organisational success. Disability is a core strand of DWF's Global Diversity and Inclusion Strategy therefore attracting and retaining disabled talent is incredibly important.
DWF Global D&I Manager and RIDI Executive Board member, Tamsin McCarthy, said, 'We are delighted to be involved in the RIDI Awards 2023 as it not only serves as an opportunity to celebrate the great work taking place to create disability confidence in recruitment but it also provides a chance for organisations to be inspired and learn from others through the sharing of case studies. We wish all the applicants the best of luck.'
