Banca Valsabbina in the subscription of Tenax International's minibond.

DWF, the global provider of integrated legal and business services, assisted Banca Valsabbina in the bond issuance of Tenax International, a company listed on Euronext Growth Milan and one of Europe’s leading manufacturers of 100% electric street cleaning and urban hygiene machines – for a maximum nominal value of EUR 4.5 million, aimed at implementing its investment plan.

Banca Valsabbina acted as originator and sole investor.
