Paweł Gadocha is an advocate trainee and works as a Junior Associate in the Banking & Finance Department of DWF in Poland.

Paweł specializes in civil proceedings before the national courts. He provides support in representing and advising banking institutions in litigation process including foreign currency loans, with particular emphasis on Swiss franc loan mortgages.

Before joining DWF (Poland), he worked in the boutique law firm in Kraków and international law firm in Warsaw, where he worked on commercial, financial and construction disputes. Paweł has experience in dispute resolution, i.e. preparing lawsuit documents and procedural strategies. From the beginning of his career, he has been involved with the civil law and company law and civil procedure. He also gained experience in white collar crime investigations.

Paweł graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Kraków in 2019. He also obtained an LL.M. degree from University in Hamburg from International and European law. Currently he is pursuing an LL.M. degree from Chinese Civil and Commercial Law at the China University of Political Science and Law (Beijing). He also represented Jagiellonian University in the Phillip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition in 2018, and co-coached the team in 2019.
