In particular, Benjamin manages contractual, corporate and professional negligence disputes and has extensive experience of High Court trials and applications for injunctive relief. He has a root and branch knowledge of the litigation process, whether through legal proceedings or alternative dispute resolution techniques, that is deployed as part of a strategy with the client's objectives at its heart.
As the Head of Innovation across DWF's litigation practice group, he is a keen advocate of exploring, developing and utilising technological innovation to the dispute resolution process to deliver a better, cost effective service for clients.
