The deal saw Castlehaven Finance enter into an agreement with Cosgrove Property Group to fund the delivery of a number of major residential schemes.
The DWF team was led by Banking partners Louis Burke and Ruairí Mac Cumhaill, supported by Sinead Finnerty and Sean Forsyth. The property due diligence was completed by partners Michael Neary and Fergus Hennessy, with support from Andrea McGurn. Chris Wheeler, Partner, also advised Castlehaven in relation to the construction documentation associated with the transaction.
