DWF advises eEnergy Group plc on transactions

DWF, the global legal business, has advised eEnergy Group plc (formally known as Alexander Mining PLC) on the reverse takeover of Irish incorporated eLight Group Holdings Ltd, the raising of £2 million of new equity, the disposal of the legacy mining technology business and the re-admission to AIM. 
The UK and Ireland DWF team, led by Ross Little, head of corporate in Ireland, and Newcastle based corporate partner, Jeremy Swift, together provided legal advice to Energy Efficiency as a Service business, eEnergy Group plc on the acquisition of e-Light Group Holdings Limited and associated fund raising, re-admission to AIM and the disposal of MetaLeach Limited. 

Ross and Jeremy were supported by DWF colleagues based in UK and Ireland. They included: Jemil Visram, Edon Byrnes, Ruairi MacCumhaill, Andrea McGurn, Alison Martin, Eilidh Durkin, Siobhan Cameron, Katy Thomson, Ruairidh Morrison and Stephen Cairns.
