Experience

Vlora joined DWF Advocacy in 2014, following a career as a freelance County Court advocate where her practice areas were largely debt recovery and enforcement, civil litigation, insolvency, consumer credit and landlord and tenant matters.

Acting primarily for insurer clients, Vlora’s work now spans all areas of Catastrophic Personal Injury & Occupational Health (including severe brain injury and Court of Protection cases) as well as motor claims, fraud and recoveries work.

Vlora is an expert in civil procedure, having over 10 years of County Court experience to date.

Vlora has also undertaken specific costs work and is noted for her knowledge, experience and performance at Costs and Case Management Conferences.

Vlora accepts a wide range of drafting instructions including pleadings, applications, witness statements and advices.
