His practice areas include debt capital markets (listed bonds, EMTN programmes), asset finance and leasing, project finance, corporate lending, real estate financings (including sharia compliant structures) acquisition financing and alternative investments including SPACs.

- DCM US Multi-Family Homes Plc: advised the issuer on its US$750,000,000 Medium Term Note bond program, to be listed on the Irish stock exchange (GEM), to be used as mezzanine financing by DCM Real Estate Inc. for the development and refurbishment of multi-family accommodation real estate assets in the US.
