Experience

Marcin specialises in infrastructure projects, including projects implemented in the public-private partnership formula. He has experience in the infrastructure sector advising investors on real estate transactions, pipeline and high voltage power line investments. He has represented clients in administrative proceedings, proceedings before administrative courts and civil proceedings regarding zoning issues, building law and environmental protection law. He advised the international consortium Gdańsk Transport Company S.A., the concessionaire on the construction and operation of the Gdańsk to Toruń section of the A1 Toll Motorway, based on the PPP formula. Marcin also represented a consortium in connection with its participation in the tender for the construction of the Stryków to Pyrzowice section of the A1 Toll Motorway, as well as a consortium of banks on the financing of the A4 Toll Motorway in Poland. 

Marcin is a recognised expert in the field of administrative law, and has successfully handled many cases in this field.
