DWF advises GameOn Creative Inc. on sale of shares to PCF Group S.A.

DWF in Poland advised GameOn Creative Inc. on Polish aspects of the sale of its shares to PCF Group S.A.

A team of DWF lawyers in Poland acted as legal advisor for GameOn Creative Inc. on Polish aspects of the transaction of the sale of shares in GameOn Creative Inc. to PCF Group S.A., one of the leading AAA games developers in Poland listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, and subsequent reinvestment of the purchase price in the newly issued shares of PCF Group S.A. 
Advisory included support in negotiations of the investment agreement, preparation and negotiation of local transactional documents, as well as preparation and participation in the closing of the transaction.
The team of lawyers at DWF in Poland involved in advising GameOn Creative Inc. was led by Rafał Woźniak (Local Partner) with the supervision of Michał Pawłowski (Managing Partner, Poland).
