Future partnership negotiations remain deadlocked: It is clear from statement by both EU and UK chief negotiators that little progress was made in last week’s 5th or 6th round of negotiations. The EU Chief Negotiator has described the prospect of reaching a trade deal by the end of the transition period as being ‘unlikely’. The next round of formal negotiations is currently set to take place week commencing 17th August. View > View >

UK government consult on 2025 Border Strategy: The 2025 Border Strategy set out the government vision for the UK to have the world’s most effective border by 2025.
