ASA ruling on ‘from prices’: The Advertising Standards Authority has ruled that in the case of a travel agent for cruise holidays that exclusion of gratuity service charges from ‘from prices’ advertised was acceptable as they were not mandatory even though the charges were automatically added to customer bills. DEFRA consult on enforcement of origin labelling for primary food ingredients: The consultation is on bringing EU rules on the origin labelling of the primary ingredients of food where these differ from the place of manufacture within the Food Information for Consumers Regulation. Responses by 20 March. View >
