EU commences infringement process over UK Internal Market Bill: The EU Commission has written formally to the UK government to say that it may bring the UK before the European Court of Justice in respect of introduction of the UK Internal Market Bill which it considers in breach of the withdrawal agreement as a legally binding treaty between the UK and EU.
