Advertising complaints upheld over ready meal delivery service: The Advertising Standards Authority has upheld complaints regarding a ready meal delivery service operated by Parsley Box on the basis that ingredients shown on the packaging were not included and claimed next day delivery was not available. The business maintained unsuccessfully that the statement ‘serving suggestion’ implied potatoes / veg weren’t present and that next day meant ‘next working day’. View >
