ASA reject complaint re Heinz Baked Beans advert: The ASA has rejected complaints alleging that an advertisement drew a comparison between the merits of beans and exercise. View >

 

Restriction on promotion of high fat, salt and sugar foods and drinkThe Department of Health and Social Care has issued a consultation on proposals to ban price and volume offers such as ‘buy one get one free’ for all high fat, salt and sugar foods together with restricting where they can be located in shops – Responses by 6th April. View >
