Coupled with our association partners in the United States and other locations we are able to support our clients wherever they need us.

A significant proportion of our revenues are recurring from institutional clients in our key industry sectors of Insurance, Financial Services and Real Estate. This feature of our business has been integral to our acquisition strategy of acquiring complementary businesses with high levels of recurring revenue and strong cash generation, including RCD and Mindcrest.
Long standing and multi-national client base
We have a proven track record of client loyalty, supporting more than 60% of our clients for 10+ years. As our business has grown globally, so too has our ability to support clients with multinational operations which has resulted in our appointment to an increasing number of multijurisdictional legal panels.
Defensive market positioning
Our broad range of capabilities enable us to support clients throughout the economic cycle, with litigation and insurance in particular resilient in counter-cyclical periods. A significant proportion of our revenue is generated through litigation or litigation-related services, whilst insurance is our largest sector by revenue generated. The resilience of our business has been further supported this year through specific investment in areas including insolvency, restructuring and regulation.

Our Complex, Managed and Connected delivery model allows us to provide clients with integrated end-to-end support for all of their legal services requirements. Our platforms are perfectly positioned to capitalise on structural shifts within the sector as companies seek to consolidation their legal services providers and seek greater efficiency within their legal functions. This unique proposition will support us in winning market share to drive organic growth.
Track-record for delivery
We have a successful track record for the delivery and integration of M&A, with 17 acquisitions completed and integrated in the past 13 years. This is testament to the emphasis we place on ensuring targets are the right fit for us in terms of capability and culture. While M&A opportunities are on pause in the short term, this remains an important part of the Company's strategy through the medium to longer term, where targeted acquisitions support further growth and add synergistic value to the Group.

As the only Main Market listed business in our sector we are able to use our PLC status to make faster and more significant investments in our business. It also gives us an attractive model to incentivise our people, with more than 2,000 in our business now owners of shares in the Group.
