Antoni has over ten years of experience providing legal advice to domestic and multinational companies. As a lawyer in the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Department, he provides comprehensive advice to entrepreneurs and start-ups of a primarily technological nature, accompanying clients throughout all the phases of the life cycle of their projects.
With ample experience in M&A, he has advised on joint ventures, funding rounds, domestic and international sales and purchase agreements (SPAs) as well as cross-border mergers.
Likewise, he is very knowledgeable on providing legal protection for innovation and licensing in terms of intellectual and industrial property, defining and executing technology transfer policies and protocols, and in creating technological spin-offs and companies. Also, he is a regular speaker in forums in his areas of expertise.
