DWF advises Digital Technologies in first bond issue

DWF has advised Digital Technologies S.r.l. in the issue of a non-convertible bond worth EUR 2,500,00.00.

The DWF team in Milan, led by partner Luca Lo Po' alongside senior associate Mario Distasi, handled all the corporate, regulatory and contractual aspects of the transaction on behalf of the issuer.

Swiss Merchant Corporation acted as arranger and advisor to the issuer.
