Interviews: We conduct a combination of personal interviews and group workshops to obtain as wide a range to the opinions gathered as possible, agreeing with you first the criteria for who to speak to based on such factors as tenure of service, level of experience in role and seniority within the business.
Analysis: We combine all information gathered during the above ‘discovery’ phases and evaluate the same to provide comprehensive analysis of the data.
