Radosław has extensive experience in representing clients in civil and administrative proceedings and other forms of dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration. He represents financial institutions both as plaintiffs and defendants in full range of banking, financial and debt enforcement disputes. Radosław also provides comprehensive advice to creditors, debtors and company boards on bankruptcy and restructuring issues, including representation in formal bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings.
