David is an Associate in the Infrastructure, Construction and Energy Team, specialising in the avoidance, management and resolution of disputes.

Experience

David advises a broad spectrum of clients ranging from high net-worth individuals, developers, and Tier 1 contractors, to local and central government departments, overseas territories and protectorates, including high-risk locations. He is often asked to advise on esoteric and disparate areas of law, providing innovate legal advice for complex or novel problems not always covered by existing practice or procedure.

David has developed significant experience across the NEC, JCT, and FIDIC standard forms, as well as advising on bespoke forms of agreement.

Specialising in construction adjudication, David has particular expertise in:
